Parenting week

The Taskforce recommends that annual parenting weeks take place in all parts of the Kingdom, during which parents, children and professionals exchange ideas about positive parenting. The Kingdom Taskforce and the parenting ambassadors promote the discussion during these parenting weeks about the building blocks for a pedagogical vision.

Parenting Week is all about parenting and parenthood. What is a good upbringing? What do you think is important in parenting and how does it influence you?

Aruba organized their first parenting week in November 2018. Bonaire followed in 2019. The first parenting week in St. Maarten took place in 2020 and Curaçao is organizing a parenting week for the first time in 2021.
